Insomnia Café Lucan

The drinks were nice, but I had to collect my coffee myself. Although it was ready, no one called me to pick it up, and I waited a long time while the staff were busy chatting among themselves. I can understand if the coffee shop operates on a self-service basis, but at the very least, customers should be notified when their order is ready. Instead, the drinks were left sitting there and ended up being cold. If you don’t check for yourself, they’ll just leave it there. Overall, not a good experience.

Often come here with my friend to meet up it’s always a great experience Everytime I normally get a chai latte and it’s always made to perfection they have lots of different drinks so if you don’t like coffee like myself you aren’t stuck for other options the staff here are very nice and attentive and place is always clean there is parking in Lidl carpark and outside too never have any issue here that’s why I return

I pop into this coffee shop all the time since it’s right across the road from my job, and I honestly love it. The staff are always so lovely and welcoming, and we always end up having a good chat. The atmosphere is great every time I’m in there, and the hot chocolates are consistently really good. Their milkshakes are also one of my favourites. Such a nice spot and always a pleasure to visit. ☕😊
